* The hotel restaurant is located in David Building which was the original hospital. The reconstruction work done to this building is unique. Dining on the verandah of the restaurant is possible during most seasons of the year, allowing the guests to look out on spectacular views of the Sea of Galilee and the Golan Heights. It aims to use produce from the Galilee in the kitchens, including special cheeses, locally-grown vegetables, and herbs from the hotel herb garden. The restaurant serves gourmet meals of the very highest standard. Abounding with color and flavor, meals are served daily to hotel guests and casual diners. It also offers private dinner parties (buffet and sit-down meals) in smaller rooms at the restaurant. |
