The 5 Star colonial style hotel combines both a traditional and contemporary approach. At first the building was the Episcopal Palace of the Bishop-Virrey Don Juan de Ortega y Montanez but in 1705 it was donated to the Order of Friars Juaninos. The hotel was converted into a hotel in the late 1800s. |
