Grand Hotel Europe, built in 1872, combines a grand past with a contemporary outlook and is distinguished by its subtle elegance, attentive service and warm hospitality. Our traditional 4 star hotel, with its 180 individually furnished rooms, was tastefully renovated during the last three years.
The rooms vary in size, from medium-sized to large. The majority of the rooms have been fully renovated and feature bold modern colour schemes, imaginatively mixed with original traditional features, and attractive, high quality furniture. Rooms are all in exceptional condition, as are the bathrooms.
There are a couple of dining rooms which are opulantly decorated, one of which overlooks the lake.
This is one of the older hotels in town and this is evident from its traditional facade, which has recently been renovated. The large lobby has a grand appearance, and is decorated in traditional style with antique furniture and chandeliers. This area leads into an extensive lounge decorated in the same vogue. This grand establishment has a lot of character and offers an excellent standard of service and facilities. |
