Personally managed by its owner, Colombi Hotel upholds a reputation of distinguished hospitality. The rooms are tastefully furnished, most of them with air-conditioning, and all with modern amenities. The Colombi Hotel was built in 1958; yet nothing will remind the guests of the late fifties and sixties as the hotel has been remodelled many times since then. The latest renovation; two floors have been completely renovated. Guests may relax and renew their energies in the splendid pool area with a beautiful and large heated swimming pool. |

* The Zirbelstube:
Pine-wood panneling, festively set and decorated tables, and enchanting fabrics decorate the Zirbelstube, in which it is served culinary delicatessen.
The restaurant has been awarded many times in the past and has been considered to be one of the best in Germany for 20 years. Only recently the head chef Alfred Klink has been selected to be one of the best 13 cuisiniers in Germany.
* The Hans-Thoma-Stube:
A few years ago an original old Stube from the 18th century has been added - the jewel of the three restaurants. Regional Black Forest specialities are being served in the Stube, named after Hans Thoma, a well known painter of the Black Forest.
* The Falkenstube:
Warm red and green as well as the tiled stove, which is being heated in winter time, and the wood panneling convert cosiness and "Gemütlichkeit" in the Falkenstube - formerly a "Wine Stube" in the historic center of Freiburg, today completely and originally integrated into the Colombi Restaurant.
* Snacks and regional specialities as well as various sweets - such as home made cakes and tarts, pralines and petits fours - are waiting for you in the café and bistro Graf.
* If you like to enjoy good company, you will for sure find it in our stylish Piano bar, opened each night from 5.30 p.m. until 3.a.m. No matter what you like to drink, barkeeper Salvatore Casamento will be happy to mix your cocktail, prepare your drink or pour out a Whiskey, Cognac, Brandy for you. From 8 p.m. live piano music will be played.
* Relax and renew your energies in the splendid pool area with a beautiful and large heated swimming pool (app. 90 sqm), sauna, steambath and solarium.
* Five inter-connecting salons with natural lighting and air conditioning provide space for conferences, banquets, seminars and private festivities
