The Apart Hotel project proposes something different from everything existing in the Villa, leaning on a natural slope, it reflects the natural beauty and charm of the forest that is all around it.
The main volume has inclined roofs and has been developed in two floors, comprising common areas; the reception, a living-room with a wide fireplace, the bar-dining room, the area of services and the owners’ house.
Showing the mountain land topography, the eight suites were built in steps to one of the sides; the suites were also designed in two floors, the first floor with a middle one, finishing in a wide lucarna window with a view of the forest.
The terraces of the first floor suites form the roof of the ground floor rooms, and in the common area there is a big deck which opens as a link with nature.
Villa la Angostura is a mountain village which leans on the Nahuel Huapi lake and at the feet of the Andes range, a paradise in the Neuquen province.
Enjoy peace in the middle of the forest, in a cozy familiar ambiance. Modern and comfortable rooms, integrated to the landscape through wide windows, with all the comfort and warmth of a fireplace. |

Casa del Bosque is located in the province of Neuquen, in the Puerto Manzano peninsula, an exclusive residential and tourist retreat in Villa la Angostura, within the Nahuel Huapi National Park.
You can get the hotel by Route 231. In the 55.5 km, entering the Puerto Manzano Peninsula by the Aljaba road, turn left on the Los Pinos road and you will find Casa del Bosque Apart & Suites after 200m, on your right. |

* These four comfortable and wide Lofts are situated at the Ground Floor, equipped with a small kitchen, microwave oven, fridge, tableware and a breakfast bar, cable TV, Sound equipment with radio and CD, Safety box in each room and a wide bathroom with a round water massage bath for two people.
* The heating is through the floor with independent controls in each apartment. All of them have a very nice individual terrace with a view to the forest and can, of course, use everything in the complex.
* These four flats of two-stories (Duplex) are situated on the First Floor. They are equipped with a small kitchen, microwave oven, fridge, tableware and breakfast bar, cable TV, sound equipment with radio and CD, safety box in each room and a wide bathroom with round water massage bath for two people. A wide room is in the mezzanine and you can choose between a double sommier, King size or twin beds.
* The heating is through the floor with independent controls in each apartment. All of them have a very nice individual terrace with a view to the forest and can, of course, use everything in the complex. |
